The customer wanted to see the movement of his Patek pocket watch and wear it everyday, he asked us to make him a wristwatch from his pocket watch. We made a dummy movement for the pocket watch so the movement could be switched back if the customer ever wanted to. Both watches were fitted to a special box that holds both of them. The case is 18k white gold and the dial is hand cut Guilloche in solid silver. We restored the movement and black polished all the steel pieces, we also had to make a stem to fit the case and movement.
This was a fun project.
